Youth must be aware of health and fitness.Now a days all are busy in web activities no one have much time to take care their health.But every should know about these facts.Not only for men also for women too.

Here i am sharing some tips to keep your fitness. if you wil follow you will be fine fit youth.

1.)  WALKING FOR HEALTH & FITNESS

Daily Walking of  atleast 30 minutes  will surely  improve your health and  fitness level. People who walk on a daily basis have some benifits like lower blood pressure, better muscuilar body, increased of energy, better blood circulation, bone strengthness, a lower cholesterol & weight loss than people who have doing exercises.Before walking you have to do some strech exercise for avoid muscle clutches.

This is the comfort and easy exercise for all age groups.

2.) SWIMMING AND THE FITNESS

Swimming is the another fitness exercise .it is one of  the great exercise i find for fitness. while doing swimiming you can acheive the massive strength in muscles,increase flexibility, tempatrture control ,swimming minimizes the risk of injuries in exercises.blood circulation can be equalized to all part of our body this will lead to grow muscles.The only dis advantage is, it is diificult thing to do comfortably like running, it need some requirements.

3.) HEALTH CLUBS TO MAKE OUR BODY FIT

The recent trend in between youths are health clubs & gym. In popular talk gym & health club are only for massive body buliders to build their bodies by taking nutrrition supplimentaries.But this is entierly worng every one can go gym for body fitness, not only for body building also for for body fitness. You can follow the lite weight exercise for strengthen your body muscles & keep your body fit. One thing is to have lot of nutrition foods for better change so go for gym without shy.


4.) EFFECTIVENESS FOOD & WATER IN FITNESS

Fitness of our body depends on the food & water we take.Because while maintaing fitness every person should keep a " diet " .In everyone"s view dieting means no fooding , it not like that it is to changing our daily food menu to other type. while dieting period fibre,fruits nutritionals grains like wheat barley to our daily menu & strictly avoid roasted foods,oils,alchohol products.Try food between fruits and vegetables everywhere to keep you fitness. Milk can be take rapidly among these days. 
Then another important thing is to drink water more by comparing to normal life. now we are trying to keep our body fit so the impacts of dehydration,blood circulation etc. You have to drink a minimum of 8 litres a day.
to keep our body functions steadly.


5.) RELAXED MIND IS ALWAYS FOR HEALTY BODY

Atlast the the also influence the fitness. Relaxed mind of a person can do any thing with a concentration. We know while doing the above all we have to dedicate our times to this for a better life. With a unclear mind you cant be a perfect fitness youth.A healty mind wil lead to healthy body, with this  we can relax our ful body clearly.Be positive to bring back your disturbed mind mind. live in present, be strong mind .and sleep well for 8 hours daily the good fitness
